All recording material is sent to us at the owner’s risk; therefore please ensure that your material is secure and well packed. This is particularly important if fragile records are being posted. Please bubble wrap and sandwich these recordings in strong cardboard, hardboard or thin plywood, pack in polystyrene chippings, use a strong box and seal well.

Your recordings are all unique and often valuable to you so why would we give you a blanket payment scheme? These are our standard costs for a basic service which includes transfer and automatic restoration via our sophisticated CEDAR software.

If you think your recording may need more expert intervention please call us so that we can give you an accurate quote or arrange an assessment. If you choose the basic service, but our engineer considers extra work would enhance your recording, we will contact you to discuss your material.
