Delivery Policy
Work on your material will commence within ten working days of it arriving at our address (normally within two working days) providing payment has been made by credit or debit card. If payment is by cheque work will commence when funds are cleared. We will inform you by email or by telephone if the work will take longer than one week to complete. Completed orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail on the next working day after completion.
Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms
Refunds will only be made in exceptional situations. Please note that although every effort is made to restore the sound quality of media supplied to us there will be some material which is too badly damaged to be retrieved. A refund will then be made less a £5 handling charge. Your media will be returned to you.
A replacement CD/DVD will only be supplied if the disc supplied to you is shown to be faulty.
If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us as soon as possible.
If the media has been dispatched to us and work has not started it will be returned and the money paid refunded less a handling charge of £7.50 and less the postage and packing fee.
If work has already commenced on your media no refund will be made.
If the media has not been dispatched to us the money paid will be refunded less a handling charge of £7.50

Export Restrictions
We currently only supply to UK addresses and BFPO addresses.
